We are seeking a Archdiocesan Coordinator for Youth and Young Adults. This position supports parish Coordinators/Directors of Youth Ministry in the Archdiocese in collaboration with the Archdiocesan Director of Faith Formation. Candidate must have excellent people skills and the ability to work well and communicate with other adults serving in youth ministry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to offer support and training as needed for those who work on the parish level with youth and young adults. Expertise in the use of technology, including social media, in ministry is required. In addition, excellent people skills and the ability to work well and communicate with adults, volunteers and other staff members. In addition, the successful applicant will have a mature personal spiritual life. Certification in Youth Ministry and theological studies or equivalent experience is required; a graduate degree is a plus. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic. Salary negotiable. This team maintains the cleanliness and appearance of our property in line with established standards, including the grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, and other areas. Duties for team members include cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms, as well as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and dusting stairs and office areas. Applicants must know how to use appropriate equipment and cleaning supplies, have the ability to operate equipment safely, and be able to handle daily responsibilities and projects with minimal direction. Applicants must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from a standing position, climb and stand on a ladder, bend, crawl, and be on hands and knees. This position requires team members to be on their feet for extended hours. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and maintain a friendly and respectful approach with staff and parishioners. Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the development and implementation of strategies, guidance, and direction for the delivery of all areas of agency accounting, finance and related administration departments and services in alignment with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada’s (CCSN’s) mission and values. In coordination with the Chief Operating Officer and his/her direct reports, this position will provide leadership, support, review, and appropriate authorization for engagement and support of overall agency department operations, including but not limited to day to day financial transactions, capital requests and investment spend and tracking.
This senior agency leadership position includes accountability and regulatory compliance oversight with a focus on meaningful impact, exceptional service quality, positive, accretive and measurable outcomes to support the sustainability, growth and overall support of the agency mission statement. Direct agency oversight and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, human resources, accounting, finance, information technologies, and grant writing. Direct reports include, but may not be limited to, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Finance, Information Technologies (IT), Grant Writing and other staffing accountabilities as directed by the President and Chief Executive Officer.

We began by offering adoption services and programs for families.
